1. General provisions of the Rules

1.1. In this document and the relations of the Parties arising or related thereto, the following terms and definitions apply:

  • Seller is a Service User who fulfills orders and sets an offer for the order;
  • Buyer is a Service User who completes orders and purchases the established offer for the order;
  • Arbitration is a commission of the Service Administration, which, when a dispute arises, considers the claims of the parties and, after carefully studying the order, the evidence provided and comments on the complaint, takes the side of the Seller or the Buyer.
  • Ban/Block is a ban on the User’s access to his account on the Service, imposed in case of violation of the Rules or User Agreement.

2. Basic provisions of the Service

2.1. Ignorance of the current Rules of the Service does not relieve the User from liability in case of their violation.

2.2. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of the specified Rules, User Agreement and the Legislation of the Russian Federation when working with the Service.

2.3. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of Users of the Service, as well as for any consequences associated with the use or non-use of the Service.

2.4. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the functionality of the Service at its discretion.

2.5. The Administration reserves the right to change and supplement the Rules at its discretion without prior notice to Users of the Service.

3. General rules for using the Service

3.1. It is prohibited to use the Service for the purpose of requesting, posting, uploading, transmitting personal contact information (telephone number, email address, payment information, Skype, etc.) and links to resources indicating them in text, graphic or any other form, as well as directly or indirectly encourage Users to provide the above personal data.

3.2. It is prohibited to re-register the User on the Service using a different email address if the Service already has an activated or deleted User account without the consent of the Administration.

3.3. Advertising of services that have similar functionality to the Service, including those that compete with the Service, is prohibited.

3.4. Speech hooliganism (obscene language, incorrect communication) is prohibited.

3.5. Account replenishment and withdrawal of funds:

3.5.1. When replenishing your account, a commission is charged, which may be imposed by the Service or a specific payment system, depending on the selected replenishment method. This commission is required to compensate for expenses associated with replenishing the balance and paying for payment system services;

3.5.2. Fraudulent currency exchange and account replenishment for similar purposes are prohibited;

3.5.3. The Administration has the right to request a scanned file with the User’s passport data to withdraw funds from his account;

3.5.4. If the Administration suspects fraud, the funds in the account may be blocked for an indefinite period until all circumstances are clarified and the investigation is completed.

3.5.5. The details of the counterparty must correspond to the registration data of the owner of the electronic wallet or account linked for withdrawal of funds.

3.6. In case of violation of any provision of the Service Rules, the User is subject to a fine in the form of a reduction in the Rating and/or a Ban at the discretion of the Administration (depending on the degree of violation).

3.7. If an account is suspected of being hacked, the Administration has the right to block access for the safety of funds until all circumstances are clarified.

4. Rules for the Seller

4.1. It is prohibited to place an offer if the Seller is unable to provide it immediately after publication.

4.2. Before starting the transaction, the Seller is obliged to contact the Buyer through the internal messaging system of the Service and discuss the details of the transaction.

4.3. After the order has been processed, the Seller is obliged to immediately contact the Buyer through the internal messaging system of the Service.

4.4. In the event of a dispute, the seller is obliged to provide evidence (photos, videos) of the transfer of the established proposals for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.

4.5. In the event of a false opening of a dispute, the Arbitration has the right to remove the rating from the Seller at its discretion and return the funds to the Buyer.

5. Rules for the Buyer

5.1. Before making a transaction, the Buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the Seller’s profile and make sure of his reliability.

5.2. Before starting the transaction, the Buyer must contact the Seller through the internal messaging system of the Service and discuss the details of the transaction.

5.3. After the order has been processed, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller through the internal messaging system of the Service.

5.4. In the event of a false opening of a dispute, the Arbitration has the right to remove the rating from the Buyer at its discretion and transfer the funds to the Seller.

6. Dispute Rules

6.1. The arbitration court considers the complaint as soon as possible. The proceedings begin in the chat between the Buyer and the Seller within 3 business days from the date of contact.

6.2. The Arbitration has the right to request a scanned file with the User’s passport data for identification.

6.3. When considering a dispute, the Arbitration has the right to read the correspondence between the Seller and the Buyer.
